Looking for a person (20-30 years old) that is aware of the current situation in our country. One who wants and needs a group, location, and opportunity to learn but also contribute as a “prepper” and as possible security asset if needed. We are not fanatics, or control freaks, but know what we are looking for.
We are God fearing (but don’t want it crammed down our throat), serious but fun loving, loyal American Patriots with firm believe in the constitution, that have seen the need to prepare ourselves and family and our location for what ever may come.
We are non-political, non-denominational, non-paramilitary, we also don’t believe that the world will end in 2012.
We have a few hundred acres in the mountains in Colorado just under 9000’ elevation.
We have plenty of fresh protected water, wild game, starter green house, beginnings of a garden, many skills in self sustaining life style, hunting, fishing and many outdoor survival/hunting/outfitter skills. Currently making moves to an alternative energy source to be able to sustain our place as needed. We also have horses, alarm dogs, and working barn cats.
We want to open our place to a young honest person that is healthy (non prescription drug dependant), in good shape, non-smoker, non-alcoholic, NON DRUG user, non racist.
You must be willing to work hard, willing to learn, and to contribute to a common cause. Any useful skills, and knowledge always welcome. You must be willing to be isolated as we are in a secluded location with no cell service but do have satellite internet.
You must have started your own preparation in some way but we are willing to “provide” a small place and supplies to live in exchange for loyalty and hard work.
We also have a possible part time work situation close to our place to help you earn a modest income and to learn additional work skills.
Owning a four wheel drive is a necessity but not a deal breaker. Winters are tough but so are we and looking for someone that can fit in and contribute. We are around 45 miles from a gas station or grocery store so we have to stock up in our daily routine.
