I am in northwest Indiana/Chicago area. Looking for a group to plan with around the area, or one to assimilate into somewhere in Houston, Texas area (have family there). Started to prep but have a long way to go. Skills in shooting, construction, financials, planning, etc. Let me know through this post.
My family and I are health minded and staying away from processed food. Have learned to grow food, save seeds and preserve. Ability to make kiefer, yogurt and fermenting. I am also very handy with basic mechanics, home repairs and pride myself when I can use my generator off the grid.Looking for survival group with like minded interest that meets regularly and believes in our second amendment rights.

Hey all, I’m looking for a few southern Illinois people that might be interested in helping get the word out about prepping and general preparedness on 2 different Illinois Prepper blogspots. Also the possibility of having prepper meet-ups with like minded folks.
It is important for me to find a legitimate survivalist/emergency preparedness group in Northern Illinois. I am new to emergency preparedness. Due to the current conditions in the United States, I am concerned about my ability to properly prepare for dealing with catastrophic events.
