Newbie looking to pick up essential “skills”. Located in Western MD, close to Mason Dixon line. I am a business Project Manager, with a degree in IT. I am a decent aim a rifle and pistol from being in the USN. I am currently in the process of setting aside some money for the guns, beans and bullets. New prepper – Christian couple who just awoke from guilty slumber and is aghast at the lack of knowledge and concern Sheeple have about the country’s future, financial and heritage obligations. Looking for like-minded individuals/groups, discussions, possible meetings as well as retreat options. Both have various useful skills and learning more daily. Will elaborate during follow-up.
I am looking for a group for me and my family. I would love for a group to be available for me and my family, only in a case of absolutely having to leave where I am at. Mostly, as a baby prepper, I would love to be able to communicate for information.
I am in the process now of trying to find a small piece of property for us. (Relocation would not be a problem, so if you know of any good (yet low-cost) places let me know!) I have about a 3 month supply of food for us, still growing everyday. I have a wide range of interests which works out well in this situation. I am not an expert, but enjoy, sewing, gardening, crotching, reading, camping, canning, etc… I read lots of things and have always enjoyed “how to” books.
I do have a plan A, and B, just would like a plan C. Would like to talk to anyone with advice.
I am looking to form a network of sorts of folks who want to be prepared but also want to live as normal a life as possible. I am not looking for snake eaters or anarchists.
I am looking for folks who have a shelter in place unless you HAVE to go mentality. The network I envision would be one of mutual assistance for survival, defense, etc.

My wife and I are just starting out on this path and are looking for like minded people to help us gain experience and prepare. We are both IT Professionals and live in the Jacksonville, FL area. We have two kids, 12 and 9. Next year is our 25th anniversary.
I don’t mind telling you that we are a bit overwhelmed at the prospect of what we are looking at. Our first steps are going to be centered around storing food/water, putting together Bug Out Bags for the family and car, continued education regarding prepardness, and finding a group.
Very interested in talking with other like minded people in our area.

Hi All -
I currently live in the Houston area and know for a fact that the city is not a safe place (especially if the SHTF). I am looking for other individuals or a group either in the West Texas area or northern New Mexico area (or anyplace that is above 3000 ft and away from the coast & major cities) that I could hook-up with in case of an “emergency.” I would bring my own supplies – I just need someplace safe to go.
I am prior military. I served 16 years in the AF in the medical field; I have no issues with either following or leading a group - I have done both under extreme conditions (i.e. real world mass casualty). I am a certified CPR/1st Aid Instructor. I can treat basic wounds, splint fractures, suture minor wounds, and even triage. I am currently working on my Electrical Engineering degree - I have 2 1/2 years left though until it is done. My son (16)and I both own guns and are starting to stockpile ammo. We are in the process of gathering materials and knowledge we think we will need (i.e. Heirloom seeds, gardening books, herbal remedies, etc). We both know basic wilderness survival skills, we know how to fish & we both want to learn how to hunt. Plus I can cook just about anything.

PS: I am not a bible thumper; I believe every individual’s belief system is personal. And I am not anti-government – I just believe in being prepared.
I have 4 children and am married, and live in the river valley in Arkansas. My husband thinks Im crazy so not sure if he would be going with me when the time comes. I have only recently become aware of all these sites and realize I have no way as of now to protect my kids. I dont have much to offer as of right now, but plan to start stockpiling as soon as I can. Please consider letting me join a group…if not for me for my kids. Not afraid to pull my own weight.

Howdy folks, I am 35 years old male and single looking to form a group. I do not know where I would like to form this group as of yet. However I have a few ideas on where I would like to go. This is what I am intrested in doing.
I have an Rv that I am going to be loading up with supplies and will be driving up to the mountains in either Colorado or surrounding states. I have enough supplies to get me going for the first year. I plan on developing the land as I go and actually living there as well. I also plan to find several fall back locations if the main position is ever compromised. I am looking for 1 or 2 other people that are committed and intrested in this idea. I am not asking for anything from you, except a commitment. As I stated I plan on staying in the Rv while I develope the area. I also have a rather freakishly large tent that I will be taking along with me for whenever I plan to go out of the area for several days to explore and find those fall back positions.
While living there I plan on hunting, fishing, building, gathering, and caching supplies. I have the skills to make any area defendable to outsiders that I do not wish to have access to my living area. I am not trying to overthrow the government or start a war. I am just getting ready for I believe is coming in our very near future.I do have some weapons and several thousand rounds of ammo as well. I have scouted out several areas in the Colorado Mountains in which I am intrested in that has moving water and several old abandoned mines.
I do not have any children, I believe that what I am wanting to accomplish will not be a life for small children under the age of 16. If this is something you are intrested in or would like to get more information from me then please post here leave your email and I will get back to you soon as I can. I do plan on taking more trips to the ares in which I am intrested in so might not respond right away. As I said before I am not asking for your money to buy into anything or be a security detail. I am looking for people that want to act now and not sit on their butts till it is too late to do anything. Hard work, dedication, and a willingness to survive and make the area a working livable homesite is all i am asking. So please if intrested please leave comment and email I will get back to you.

Looking for Victoria Area / Crossroads Area Preppers. I am a young Christian prepper w/family, looking for like minded individuals with which to network. I am open to forming a team/group given the right people and circumstances. I am moderately prepared (with a LONG way to go yet).
I believe the time for preparedness is now and that a crisis or even the “End of the World As We Know It” could be sometime in our near future.
As strength in numbers is a long proven fact, I am seeking like minded, conservative, Christian individuals with the wisdom and courage to get prepared now.
