Well, I’ve blabbed enough about how I think the U.P. of Michigan is the place to be. As of this past week, the place next door to us is up for sale. It would be best suited for a Single person, or a Couple, and not a large family. It is 10 acres of land amidst a group of “never sell out” Christian Patriots. On the land sits a 30 ft. travel trailer parked under a carport. It has well, septic, etc., and has been used as a recreational property. It’s ready to move into, and won’t last long at 40K. Actually, it’s not even on the market yet. The owner told me about it, and I asked him to hold off listing it. I’m hoping to get some like-minded folks to get it, and come join us. Hello, Looking for a Christian couple that is looking for a group to join. We have a community of Patriot/Christian folks in the U.P. of Michigan. We are located half-way between Iron Mtn. and Crystal Falls (out in the boonies) near the Wisconsin border. We are “into” prepping and refusing to go along with the Beast system at all costs. We are creating our own micro-economy out here, and are involved in homesteading, guns gold, and God.
My buddy lives up the road, and has a small, single-wide mobile home that is vacant. It is somewhat of a “fixer-upper”, so being a hard working self starter is a must. There wouldn’t necessarily be “rent” to pay, but the couple would be expected to help out with chores, and participate in helping out (sweat equity).
Are you in a situation where you’d like to “bug out” but don’t have the $ to purchase a place? Are you a mature Christian, who will never sell out? Are you willing to “pay your way” by putting in a little hard work? If so, you need to prayerfully consider contacting us. We’re nothing fancy, but are very committed to survival (physically and spiritually).

This upcoming weekend (June 4-6) will be very special. A gathering of Patriots in the U.P. of Michigan will occur, and we’d love to have you join us. Beginning Friday evening we will be having a camp that includes training, fellowship, etc. Bro. Greg Evensen is an ex-Green Beret Officer, and career Law Enforcement Officer, and really knows his stuff. I help out as well, focusing on homesteading and self sufficient living. Our main theme: HAVE A PLAN!
I wanted to post this on here, even though the hour is late. We just had a few openings created, as some folks from far away called, and said they couldn’t make it. If you are in the MidWest, and can get away, I encourage you to join us. You may end up staying here! Last year, a brother attended a Camp, and moved here. So, we’re developing our own little community out here in the boonies, as well. A neighborhood of self sufficient, like minded Patriots!

My wife and I currently reading “Patriots” . It has brought us to the conclusion that we need to do more to prepare. We are in the Metro Detroit area. I am a full time Firefighter-Paramedic with ER and road expeirience and my wife is a R.N. on an ICU floor. contact my e-mail I would be intrested in talking to people throughout michigan and see what they are doing to prepare.
I’m in South Central Michigan, not far from Ohio, in Amish country. I sure would like to meet others in my area who are interested in getting a group together of like minded preppers. I have a small farm where I’m growing much of my food.
I’m 38y.o. with a wife and 2 children 9 &7 y.o. Seeking a god fearing group with a good retreat location and people who are knowledgeable in areas that i am not but with the same mindset. I have always been the outdoor survivalist type. Like backpacking, camping, hunting, tracking, fishing, paintball, rock climbing, repelling, shooting, making weapons and booby traps, sports of all types ect ect….. I’m a licensed carpenter, journeyman pipefitter, journeyman tree trimmer with experience in welding, electrical, hvac, mechanics, gardening, and alot of other fields. Upon reading the patriot I realized that I didnt stand a chance on protecting my family at our current location and being alone. Since then I have been devoting all my free time in stocking up on food , ammo and survival gear as well as learning everything I can about things like primative skills, food storage, combat techniques, trapping & hide tanning. I have alot to offer a group in the way of firearms and equipment. My wife and I are very hard workers and would become a valuable asset to any group. I’m hoping that this doesnt end up being a wasted effort but time will tell. I would love to have like minded people to go camping or a training class to help eachother get prepared. Also looking for any advice on food storage, canning, old school tricks that would come in handy.
